![]() The Kathy Corpus interview is the most interesting. We do find out in the interviews above that Neil Breen does not give whole scripts out, and there is speculation that the actors appear to be reading off of cue cards at times. I’ve only seen interviews or videos from three of the actors in Neil’s movies:ģ) Jason Morciglio from Pass Thru and Twisted Pair Pass Thru: (Human Trafficker) Twisted Pair (Homeless Man and Agency Executive) It has been speculated that there are NDAs (Not Disclosure Agreements), though I’ve never seen proof of this, which would explain why so few interviews exist with the non-Neil people involved in the movies. The one common denominator in this train wreck of a movie is… … NEIL BREEN’S DIRECTING. But why is this?īelow are the facts: each of these actresses has been a working actor, with success in movies and/or television. We can all agree that the acting performances are abysmal. They are called names, accused of being porn stars, along with other very inaccurate statements and assessments. ![]() In Neil Breen’s Fateful Findings, most of the online reviewers have very unkind things to say about the actresses in the movie. If you ask three audience members who just viewed the film, they may have three different interpretations, and that's fine with me.In Defense of the Fateful Findings Actresses In other words, there's no right or wrong in my films. I try not to give the audience one way for them to interpret it. I'm not proposing those things, but I'm saying it's open to interpretation. From just getting out to vote, to being a revolutionary, to being a financial contributor, to burning down a building, to assassination – it goes on and on and on. It's time to act now as an individual and make some sense of things." And, acting now could be interpreted 100 different ways. I'm not a political radical or a revolutionary, but that's why he gets up in the end and says, "it's time to act. Even in the fourth film, there's a mystical paranormal twist, coupled with another very socially relevant, socially responsible topic that I'm touching on, which is really the focus of the film and I haven't addressed in the three previous films. And, Double Down was sort of the rogue CIA agent understanding that the system was failing society in general. I Am Here Now had more to do with the environmental issue. Obviously, Fateful Findings has a political conclusion in that, as we all know, the government is failing us on many levels and the politicians are a disaster. Quote from: Neil BreenI just know, for me, I like the combination, and all three of my films have reflected this, of, for lack of a better term, the mystical or paranormal side of life, coupled with issues that have some sense of social responsibility. By doing it in such a fragmented and awkward way, he's diminishing his potential revenue, and a troll would be too smart to hobble themselves like that. ![]() He'd have one website where you could buy his work on DVD, Bluray, 4k all in one place. If he was a deliberately bad performance artist or troll, he would let his films play as midnight movies. Festivals want to screen his film sight unseen, so it can't be rubbish. If someone doesn't have the absolute greatest grasp on reality, they could easily believe the hype. Look at that video they're cheering and applauding. ![]() Very few people at a festival will tell him to his face that his films are awful. His main aim seems to be the desire to be recognised as a proper legitimate professional filmmaker who does things the proper way.Īlso keep in mind that a lot of his "fans" play along with the idea that he's a genius, and are extremely complimentary about his work, they make him think he's brilliant. He lives in his own world, so he doesn't recognise the problems with his work, and the criticism doesn't sink in. He knows (to an extent) that people are laughing at him, but thinks it's just because the films are offbeat and a bit rough around the edges, and the audience loves them really. ![]()
